Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, creating a merchant account, booking a parcel, requesting support, or using our courier services, you agree to these terms and related service policies.

If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that business.

Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for providing accurate pickup, receiver, parcel, COD, weight, product, and contact information.

  • Parcels must be packed safely and labeled clearly before pickup.
  • Merchants must not ship prohibited, illegal, unsafe, restricted, or misdeclared items.
  • COD amounts, product values, and delivery instructions must be accurate at the time of booking.
  • Merchants must maintain account security and notify us of unauthorized dashboard access.

Service Availability

Delivery timelines, coverage, pickup schedules, COD settlement, and support response times may vary based on area, parcel type, weather, public holidays, traffic, strikes, force majeure events, customer availability, or operational conditions.

Published delivery timelines are estimates unless a written service level agreement states otherwise.

Payments and Charges

Merchants agree to pay applicable delivery charges, COD fees, return charges, additional weight charges, packaging charges, claim deductions, or other service fees shown in the rate card, merchant agreement, dashboard, or invoice.

COD settlement may be adjusted for delivery charges, COD fees, returns, refunds, disputes, failed deliveries, or other approved deductions.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for parcel loss, damage, delay, failed delivery, incorrect information, or service interruption is limited to the applicable merchant agreement, declared value, claim policy, or service policy in effect at the time of shipment.

We are not responsible for indirect loss, lost profit, reputational damage, customer dissatisfaction, or business interruption unless required by applicable law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms when our services, pricing, technology, legal obligations, or business operations change. Updated terms will be posted on this website with a revised last updated date.
